Attorney Michael A. Schmidt handles a wide range of legal issues with a focus on estate planning, including wills, trusts, probate, conservatorships, guardianships, powers of attorney, and Medicaid planning. As an estate planning lawyer, Michael has significant experience with elder law issues and the needs of seniors from his longtime volunteer service to senior organizations.

Attorney Pamela E. Yee primarily practices law in the areas of real estate law, contract preparation, commercial collections and business setup and sales, with a secondary focus on consumer law. Pam is adept at counseling clients on real estate transactions, earnest money contracts, helping individuals, small businesses, and corporations establish themselves and operate their business within applicable law, and helping consumers remain in good standing with creditors.
