Attorneys Michael A. Schmidt and Pamela E. Yee established Schmidt & Yee in 1990. Michael has practiced law in Aloha since 1978. Pamela has practiced in Beaverton and Washington County since 1987. They joined together in 1990 to form the current practice. Michael A. Schmidt and  Pamela E. Yee have both been awarded the Professionalism Award for Washington County Bar Association.

Meet Our Attorneys

Attorney Michael A. Schmidt handles a wide range of legal issues with a focus on estate planning, including wills, trusts, probate and trust administration, conservatorships, guardianships, powers of attorney, and Medicaid planning. As an estate planning lawyer, Michael has significant experience with elder law issues and the needs of seniors from his longtime volunteer service to senior organizations.

Attorney Pamela E. Yee primarily practices law in the areas of real estate law, contract preparation, commercial collections and business setup and sales, with a secondary focus on consumer law. Pam is adept at counseling clients on real estate transactions, earnest money contracts, helping individuals, small businesses, and corporations establish themselves and operate their business within applicable law, and helping consumers remain in good standing with creditors.

Attorney Scott T. Rennie focuses on business law services, including entity formation, corporate governance, corporate transactions, and intellectual property prosecution and licensing including trademark, copyright, and trade secret protections. Scott also negotiates real property sales and leases, corporate asset sales and leases, and can assist business with corporate succession planning.

Attorney Mary A. Carlich provides a wide range of legal services with a focus on estate planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts, conservatorships, guardianships, powers of attorney, and probate and trust administration. She also assists with elder law concerns, including Medicaid planning.
